Food & Beverages are all included in The Yacht Experiences at NO additional cost.Our experiences include top-shelf bar with high-class mixology, fresh fruit, and cocktails. Food is served á la carte from a menu of the day, which is handpicked, market-fresh, approved, and then prepared onboard by our Executive Chef. Our daily menu consists of local and market-fresh ingredients, from our main courses of seafood, meats, fruit, and vegetables right down to every detail of the garnishing and presentation.

- Mayan Guacamole: avocado salad, pico de gallo, coriander, lime and roasted pumpkin seeds.
- Chips: “Lays” (Adobadas, Doritos and Ruffles).

- Smoked salmon bagel with spinach, avocado, alfalfa sprouts, pickled onion and
coriander mayonnaise.
- Portobello burger with roasted pineapple, roasted onion, mayonnaise and goat’s cheese.
- Vegetarian baguette with mushrooms, Oaxaca cheese and mixed lettuce salad with cherry tomatoes.
- Club sandwich: classic, with chicken breast, ham, tomato, lettuce, bacon, gouda cheese and mayonnaise.
- Chicken burrito: grilled chicken with peppers, roasted onion, lettuce and rice, with a chipotle dressing.
