The weather in the Caribbean changes frequently. In the event that the weather forecast calls for a cloudy day with wind or rain, this should not be a cause for concern or cancellation of the experience. If the weather is not favorable, we will inform you. At times it may be raining or cloudy at the hotel, however, the weather changes in different areas of Cancun or the Riviera Maya and at the marina which is located about 20 km away, it could be sunny.

Sailing on a yacht in the Caribbean, even on a rainy day, is a wonderful experience, as the sea temperature does not change. Swimming, chatting and having fun on a sandbank in the middle of the sea is a magical experience, even in the rain. If this is the case, you can be sure that it will be worth every minute.

 

You can make your experience accompanied by your pet, only if you have pet documentation or service.

The deposit is refundable depending on the situation, we will first try to reschedule your experience, so it is imperative that you contact us as soon as possible. For any COVID-19 related reason that affects the trip, 100% will be refunded, up to the day of the trip, with positive proof.

If the cancellation is not COVID-19 related and rescheduling is not possible, the following cancellation policies will apply:

- 30 days or more prior to your experience: 80% will be refunded.

- 15 to 30 days prior to your experience: 50% refund.

- Less than 15 days before your experience: your experience is non-refundable.

 

All our experiences already include food and beverages with Chef on board, for this reason we recommend enjoying the full culinary experience and if you have any limitations or contraindications with any food, please let us know as soon as possible so that the Chef can make adjustments to the menu.

Yes, your experience includes towels, snorkeling equipment, paddle boards (except VanDutch), inflatable toys, a la carte food, unlimited top-shelf bar, chef on board.
